Description
The S&S Diesel Motorsport® Double-Barrel Fuel Rail is built for max-effort 6.7L Cummins competition applications that demand more rail volume, more stable pressure, and more flexible fuel system configuration. With 2.5x the volume of a stock 6.7L Cummins rail, this bare rail helps reduce pressure drop during high-demand injection events while giving builders multiple options for feed port, sensor, and PRV placement.
Factory common rail fuel systems were never designed for the kind of injected quantity demanded by today’s high-output diesel builds. As fuel quantity increases, rail pressure can drop during the injection event — costing consistency, control, and performance.
The S&S Diesel Motorsport Double-Barrel Fuel Rail solves that problem by increasing available pressurized fuel volume. With 66.1 cc of total volume, this rail offers 154% more capacity than a stock 6.7L Cummins fuel rail, helping maintain pressure more consistently throughout the injection event.
Designed for 6.7L Cummins max-effort competition applications, the Double-Barrel Fuel Rail uses a modular bare-rail layout so builders can configure feed ports, sensors, plugs, and pressure relief valves around their specific setup. It is tested to 3,000 bar / 43,511 psi, made in the USA, and built for serious diesel performance programs.

Important Notes
This rail is sold as a bare rail and does not include plugs, fittings, sensors, or pressure relief valves. Additional components should be selected based on the final fuel system layout.
S&S notes that the 2007.5–2018 6.7L Cummins fuel system was designed to operate at 1,800 bar. Even though this rail has been tested to 3,000 bar, they do not recommend running injectors at that pressure because injector return increases rapidly above 1,800 bar, which can prematurely wear injectors and overwork high-pressure fuel pumps.
