The Carli Commuter 2.0 System is a budget-friendly suspension upgrade designed for 2011–2016 Ford Super Duty diesel trucks that spend most of their time on pavement. Built with Carli Signature shock tuning, this system delivers exceptional on-road comfort, control, and ride quality for daily driving, highway use, and towing.

Engineered around Carli-spec 2.0″ internal reservoir shocks, this system transforms the factory ride into a smoother, more controlled experience while maintaining factory usability. With increased wheel travel, improved suspension geometry, and premium components throughout, the Commuter system provides a significant upgrade over stock.

Key Features:

• Provides approximately 2.0″ of front lift for a leveled stance

• Carli SPEC 2.0″ internal reservoir (IFP) shocks with signature tuning

• Extruded aluminum shock bodies with clear anodizing for corrosion resistance

• Fully rebuildable shocks with hourglass bushings for durability

• Red shock oil rated to -55°F for extreme temperature performance

• Front leveling coils for improved ride height and wheel travel

• Progressive Add-A-Pack rear leaf upgrade for enhanced ride quality and load control

• Stainless steel brake lines included

• Adjustable track bar and 2° caster shims for proper geometry correction

• Maintains factory towing and payload capacity

Notes:

• Designed primarily for on-road use, commuting, and towing applications

• Tuned using factory wheels and tires for optimal real-world performance

• Trucks equipped with a taller factory rear block may require a 2″ block to achieve a level stance

  • Ford Part Numbers: 7C3Z-5598-L and 7C3Z-5598-K

• Full Progressive Leaf Spring upgrades require no rear blocks

• Not recommended to upgrade to Full Progressive Spring Pack on this system

Wheel and Tire Recommendations:

• 17″–18″ wheels, no wider than 9″

• 5″–5.5″ backspacing depending on radius arm setup

• 35″ tires recommended for optimal ride quality

• Larger wheels will result in a firmer ride
