The Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is engineered to deliver the perfect balance between ride quality and load-carrying capability. Built in collaboration with Deaver Spring to Carli’s exact specifications, this full-length spring pack replaces the harsh factory setup with a progressive, multi-stage design that dramatically improves comfort, control, and suspension performance. The result is a smoother unloaded ride, increased suspension travel, and excellent load handling as the springs progressively engage under compression.

Designed to pair with Carli 2.5″ and 4.5″ suspension systems, this leaf pack offers improved ride dynamics across all driving conditions. Whether on the highway, towing, or off-road, the advanced spring design ensures predictable handling and enhanced articulation while maintaining near factory load capacity.
