The Carli Coilover System is a true jack-of-all-trades suspension upgrade for the 2011–2016 Super Duty platform, delivering exceptional ride quality, increased capability, and premium aesthetics. Offering performance comparable to the Pintop system, this setup takes it a step further with height adjustability and future upgrade potential into a full Coilover Bypass system.

Centered around Carli-spec King 2.5″ coilovers and rear reservoir shocks, this system dramatically improves ride quality, control, and wheel travel. Designed for both daily driving and off-road use, it provides a refined, capable suspension solution that enhances every aspect of the truck’s performance.

Key Features:

• Provides approximately 2.5″ of front lift with adjustability up to ~3.5″

• Carli-SPEC King 2.5″ coilovers with 8″ of front travel

• 13″ travel rear piggyback reservoir shocks

• Custom Carli-designed pistons for optimized damping performance

• 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts for durability and corrosion resistance

• King shock oil rated to -55°F for extreme temperature performance

• Coilover conversion brackets for proper mounting and geometry

• Adjustable track bar for front axle centering

• Stainless steel brake lines included

• Caster shims for improved steering feel and handling

Notes:

• System is height adjustable to compensate for added weight such as bumpers or winches

• Can be upgraded to a full Coilover Bypass system with additional components

• Rear suspension can be configured with either Progressive Add-A-Pack or Full Progressive Leaf Springs

• Add-A-Pack maintains payload capacity but may feel stiff on F-350 models

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs reduce capacity but significantly improve ride quality

• Airbag systems are recommended when using full leaf springs to restore load capacity

• Designed for balanced on-road comfort and off-road capability
