Carli HD Leaf Spring Kit – 2005–2007 Ford F250/F350 4×4 – +1000 lbs – 1″ Lift

The Carli Heavy Duty Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is designed for trucks running a constant 1,000 lb bed load, making it ideal for work trucks with toolboxes, welders, or overland setups. Built in collaboration with Deaver Spring, this full replacement system replaces the harsh factory leaf pack with a progressive multi-leaf design that significantly improves ride quality, handling, and suspension travel. These springs are not intended for unloaded use and require the constant weight to function properly and maintain intended ride height.

Engineered to pair with Carli 2.5″ suspension systems, this HD spring pack delivers smoother suspension cycling across highway driving, off-road terrain, and towing applications. The advanced spring design supports increased articulation while maintaining stability under load, making it a reliable upgrade for demanding use cases.
