The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System is designed for 2017–2022 Super Duty trucks to increase load capacity and towing performance without sacrificing ride quality or suspension travel. Built specifically for use with Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ lift systems, this setup delivers adjustable support while maintaining full suspension performance.

Engineered for demanding applications, these airbags provide reliable support for towing, hauling, and heavy-duty use while preserving ride comfort and articulation.

• Designed for Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ lift systems

• Fits 4.0″ axle tubes (common on F-250 and F-350 SRW configurations)

• Supports up to 4,000 lbs combined load capacity (2,000 lbs per bag at 100 PSI)

• Compatible with up to 12″ of suspension travel

• Operating pressure range of 5–75 PSI

• 100% bolt-on installation for easy DIY setup

• Compatible with onboard air systems or manual fill

Notes:

• Axle diameter must be confirmed prior to ordering

• Common on F-250 4×4 gas and diesel with Tremor or High Capacity Tow Package, and all F-350 SRW

• Designed to pair with Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore payload capacity

• Can be used with Add-A-Pack setups, but factory bump-stop tang must be removed

• Only compatible with rear lifts that level to a 4.5″ front lift

• Recommended rear lift height is approximately 2″ for trucks with factory 3″ blocks

• Ideal for towing 5th wheels, campers, trailers, and heavy hauling
