Everyone else’s full-float axle just became obsolete. The Dynatrac ProFloat XD60™ is a revolutionary rear axle system engineered to deliver full-float–level strength without the weight, wheel changes, or compromises of traditional full-float designs. This proprietary combination of axle shaft, housing, and bearing technology virtually eliminates axle-flange bending, even with tires up to 40 inches, while remaining a direct bolt-in solution for 2020+ Jeep Gladiator (JT) models.
Dynatrac rewrote the rules with the ProFloat XD60™, giving Gladiator owners the ability to run extreme tire sizes and off-road abuse while retaining their existing wheels. Unlike conventional full-float axles, the ProFloat XD60™ is up to 100 pounds lighter than comparable setups. This reduction in unsprung weight directly improves ride quality, handling, and off-road control.
At its core, the ProFloat XD60™ uses an all-new advanced axle housing and axle shaft design that dramatically reduces the cantilever loads placed on the axle flange. Combined with U.S.-made, heat-treated chromoly axle shafts and oversized bearing and seal journals, this system delivers exceptional durability without unnecessary mass.
The ProFloat XD60™ is offered with 35-spline axle shafts and utilizes heavy-duty F-150 brake assemblies, providing excellent braking performance while maintaining full compatibility with Gladiator ABS and ESP systems. Replacement brake components are easy to source, making this a practical upgrade for long-term ownership.
